Donghai Technology's Digital Dry Grit breaks away from the split-equipment model, enabling a complete dry grit processing cycle within a single closed-loop unit:

• Precision Automated Inkjet Printing: Synchronized with digital pattern positioning for inkjet application, ensuring uniform and controllable ink coverage to establish an optimal base for precise dry grit adhesion;

• Quantified Uniform Dry Grit Feeding: On-demand grit feeding with pinpoint accuracy, replicating the three-dimensional textured relief of natural stone to elevate the premium finish of ceramic tiles and large-format sintered slabs;

• Negative-Pressure Recovery of Excess Dry Grit: Instantaneous suction of non-adhered particles from the slab surface, with recovered material returned to the circulation loop — reducing raw material waste while significantly improving workshop dust control.
